Its been a while.

Ya Allah.

So many things happen lah.

Just to tell.

After 3 years of waiting Alhamdulillah on Dec 2014 i gave birth to one healthy baby BOY!!!!

Confirm last dalam class (ikut kedudukan nama lah)

On the 16th the due date we went for our regular checked ups. Then Dr suruh terus pergi do the CTG, I've been doing CTG since week 37 bila false labour. Then normally it takes only 30mins. but hari tu sejam lebih.

When i went to see the Dr. Muka Dr dah berubah. I didnt look like i can give birth anytime soon and my belly pun x jatuh. I walk like as per normal. BUT my baby dah banyak tidur time CTG which Dr pun takot. He said baby dah too big and i just scared he poop and eat his own poop.

So we say we just follow what he thinks is the best. He even said Dr xnak cakap. If you want to wait you wait. Coz if Dr cakap C-Zer nanti you all cakap Dr nak duit.

But... we are first time parent. And we have been waiting for our own bundle of joy. I dont want to take the risk lah. So i said OK. We go for C-Zer.And asked do i need to checked in now?

Dr said "pergi makan dulu. do whatever you want. esok pagi kul 8 datang serah diri".

I was shaking. Nangis siap. I did not prepared for c-section. All the while prepared for normal delivery.

So the next day at 8am we went to KPJ Shah Alam. Serah diri. Then dapat bilik. Dr Anaesthetic came. Give some talk. Then nurse datang cakap nak bawak turun.

Nak masuk OT room comet, my mom and afie anta. Siap nangis dah. SIap cakap sorry bagai. Gosh full of drama.

Then dh dlm bilik tu tetiba someone hold my head and kiss dahi. Rupanya comet lari masuk jap. DIa xle teman coz we tak mintak permission.

Then i memang gigil. takot pucat semua ada. tetiba nampak my Gynae and he came and pegang kaki i and told me "Wanie dont worry. takde ape lah. Dr ada. Dr buat semua"

Tell you. Terus lega selega-leganyaaa. relex. dah tak risau. I kene push to the prep area. Siap i cakap to one of the nurses "ada toilet tak? i need to go and pee" nurses dah gelak cakap cannot. nanti derang pasangkan tiub. i siap cakap "cannot tahannnn" Dah kene gelak cakap "Puan sabar yer."

When they pushed to OT room terus cam "ehhh cam nie je.. why dalam Greys anatomy lain"

Hahahahhahaha. So Dr anaes datang. inform pasal the injection for numb and the ubat bius is 2nd injection. And dia cakap the bius jarum besar and dia akan inject slowly. Coz if inject laju whole body x rasa. Now i just nak your lower body to be numb.

So first inject is to numb area nak inject jarum besar. 2nd inject i terkejut coz dia nak numb kan area lain and dia thot i dh ready padahal i was waiting for him to bagi info. Then 3rd injection i can feel yang ubat tu numb kan belah kiri dulu. then they ubahkan i nye position for the ubat to go on my right side pulak.

after that. memang x rasa apa. dia letak tiub. and Dr put iodin even cut tak rasa. Alhamdulillah. time Dr letak iodin i was soo excited siap nak tengok thru the lampu. then ada nurse nampak tarik lampu tu.

after that. my blood pressure drop. and i said i nak muntah. and dr anaes datang and suruh one nurse sedut muntah. i start dah nak faint time tu. Dr anesthetics tu good gile he hold my head and said "Puan. relex. your blood pressure dah drop. i takot u pitam. tarik nafas slowly and zikir"

then OK. i said im OK. dont worry.

Then my Gynae tgk i he said "wanie Dr nak start tau"

and i go "OK"

then x lama tu dia tanya "Wanie.. OK tak?"

i jawab "OK.. tapi ngantuk la"

Die gelak and asked "buat ape smlm?"

I told him "balik stesyen kul 2pg"

Lagi dia sengih. and he told me to sleep.

I was sleeping when i heard another commotion

Dr was yelling to his nurse "tolak la kenapa tak tolak?"

then nurse cakap "Dah Dr tapi taknak keluar"

Then i dgr lagi Dr cakap "Halim (i think the anaesthetic name) tolong"

Then i saw the Anaes push my belly dari atas.

And after that one whole OT room diam and sorang nurse cakap "Allah.Besarnya"

And i was like apa yang besarkan (dalam hati)

After that i dgr Dr azan.. And i know "owhs.. my baby is out" terus tengok jam "its 1.35pm"

Lepas tu baru dengar dia nangis. And i saw another Dr outside tgh check on him. The Paed.

Then nurse bawak baby to me and asked me to confirm on gender and put him dkt dada.

My first impression on my baby "Ya Allah. banyaknya bulu"

hahahhahahahaha. so lepas tu Nurse bawak keluar balik dia. Dr saw a fibroids kat dalam rahim i and buangkan everything.

So thats my experience.

Dr whatsapp me that night to asked if i can move my legs and told him i managed to move it around 6pm. and he said good.

Then siap complain "nak minum milo nurse tak bagi coz tadi wanie muntah minum air masak"

then Dr cakap "pelan pelan lah"

ahahahahahaha

I told you. i got the best Gynae ever.

My Gynae is Dr Hj Nazri Hj Mohd Yazid at KPJ Selangor.

So this is my baby.

Seoul Trip

Me and hubs really enjoyed watching Korean Drama and such a Korean Freaks. Hahahahha

Well aku leh cakap laki aku lagi gila lah. Everynight dia akan tengok Drama-drama yang ada.

So we been married for 2 years plus and WE NEVER went on a trip together

Oversea trips la kan.

Dah la tinggal dia in May 2013 for 3 weeks aku gi USA with Afie je

So dia duduk jaga station and rumah and kucing. 

Hahahaha. Nasib baik dapat laki yang sangat paham jiwa.

So balik dari US aku cakap nak gak la pergi jalan dengan dia.

So kiteorg cakap nak pergi Seoul.

Dia cakap this is why dia nak pergi

1)Nak tengok snow

2)Nak jumpa runningman nye cast

3) Nak jumpa artist

4) Nak main Ski

Out of all 4 tu dapat 3.

So I planned everything

We arrived dalam pukul 5.30 pagi (Korea time)

Then time tu weather -7 !!! hahahahaha

Dia nak merasa sejuk. So dia cakap nak lepak luar jap. Tapi nampak sangat tak tahan. Bini lepak muka toya je. dia dh merah2 muka dia yang gelap tu. Pastu lari masuk.

So we walked to the Metro dr airport.

Waktu jalan kat Airport sedar mcm joined with Mall. Siap ada Cinema. Cool gile ..

Then naik train dari Incheon Airport sampai Seoul Station..

By the time sampai tu dalam kul 7.30am. So rush hour orang nak pergi kerja

Kiteorg stop for coffee dulu. 

Dah reda sikit naik train ke Myeondong. I sewa room area situ. 

Dah la silap keluar pintu (first timer) so kiteorg duk pusing pusing pusing.

Member dah panas sebab dia sejuk gile! and dah tak tahan. end up after hour plus baru jumpa jalan nak gi area Guest HOuse tu. 

Dah la Guest House tu kene naik bukit menapak tak ingat dunia!

Dh letak bag. Rest jap. basuh2 muka. straight pergi jalan area Namdaemun and Myeondong for Lunch (VERY LATE LUNCH)

Pastu laki aku biasa la dh kelam kabut duk "jum jum nak naik Namsan Tower"

I said lex lah. sebab Namsan tu malam pun cantik je naik. Hahahahhaah. Tp biasa la laki mak jarang travel. suka anta bini je travel. kalau ajak dia.. dia akan ckp "pergi la ngan Afie.. gi la ngan Ma"

So dia mcm "perakkk" sikit lah :p

Then naik namsan amik2 gambar menapak turun Guest House. OUr GUest House dr cable car tu mcm 200m jer jalan. But mmg kalau nak naik rumah kene menapak bukit la. time tu fikir "apa ada dalam cerita korea macam tuh la realiti." patut lah mereka ni kurus. kita semua depan depan drive. lagi dekat lagi best park. hahahahaha

Sampai je bilik. mandi2. tidur x sedarkan diri weh. bangun2 esok pagi dah nak siap2 pergi Nami Island.

So waktu nak naik Metro tu laki I dah macam x percaya la kan. Coz semalam kan dah buat dia pusing2. So dia macam "bini aku nie tau ke tak mana dia bawak aku nie" Haaa macam tu la kan. Aku cakap ikut je la. jangan banyak tanya. kang suruh lead karang sampai Airport terus kang"

SO dia follow la walaupun ada sikit rasa tak percaya tu. ye la kene tukar tukar train kot kan. 

Then Sampai last train tu jumpa satu couple dari Malaysia. Laki I nie mmg jenis ramah. tegur borak2 so dapat tau sama sama nak pergi Nami. Kiteorg cam jum la sekali. Couple tu Laki dia dah 3x datang korea. Kali nie bawak bini laks.

So sampai area Nami dia cakap "nak masuk Nami ada 2 cara. 1 pakai flying fox (ala-ala) .. satu lagi pakai boat" 

Ikut hati aku nak boat je la coz i sangat la takot tinggi. Tapi laki i dah excited. so layankan je la. Kat atas tu dah gigil2 bukan sebab sejuk tapi sebab tinggi. Dalam kepala "kang tali nie putus kang. mcm mana. larat ke tali nie nak tahan aku yg berat nie" 

Boleh gitu?

Laki I pun gigil gak. Gigil sebab sejuk. Padan muka! dah bayar kan. layankan je la :p 

Tp sumpah. bila naik benda alah tu nak masuk Island laju gila pastu sejuk nak mampos. ko memang xle bukak mata la. Pedih gile. 

Tapi best la kan walaupun cuak gile

Dah la I very over masuk Nami Island pakai Isabel Marant and handbag Balenciaga.

Pikir kalau jatuh nie dalam air. Nangis lagi.

Dah tanya dah Comet "kalau handbag jatuh mcm mana"

Dia dah serabot siap "meh saya pegang handbag"

Agak2 bimbo la kejap kan

Then Konon lepas kat Nami Island nak gi Le Petite France. Tapi kaki mak dah tak tahan. hahahahahaha. Laki mak pun dah tak tahan sejuk. So kiteorg kata jum balik je la. Balik Myeondong beli kasut baru. 

HAhahaha. Terus serbu New Balance. Beli kasut sports shoe. Aman dunia wehs. Baru la langkah panjang. Baru balik lambat pun xde hal. menapak apa semua no problem.

Tak biasa pakai wedges/heels nak berangan pakai Isabel Marant travel. Memang kene bodo bangang je la

So sebelum present utk ROTY tu time tengah breakfast TM lain semua duk cakap GOOD LUCK GOOD LUCK

Then tetiba ada sorang TM datang tanya "wanie. after the presentation what are you doing?"

I jawab "sleep?"

Then dia "well we got a meeting at 10.30pm. make sure you come ok?"

Aku dah  "woiiiiiii....."

Dia just gelak "u know we need you right? 10.30pm ok"

Pergh. belum present lagi kot wehs.

So as usual la meeting at 10.30pm untuk esok pagi

whole time meeting tu muka aku mmg selenga abis sebab derang meeting sebelum nie x pernah kene join kan. tp sebab dh handle benda nie dr 2011 so ko paham la apa derang try cakap

tapi memang aku all the way half open la mata. letih kot. sebelum tu siap lelap2 dalam bilik.

Then ada few TM and Dealer tanya "What r u doing here?" mmg aku jawab je "u think? takkan aku berak kt meeting room kot?"

So time tu our big flags sampai. and aku kene la bukak benda alah tu. bukak2 aku sound "zir. apahal jahit tak habis?"

then semua mcm "mana ada. jahit ok je"

"nie. jahitan terbukak"

everyone was laughing "gile wanie mata bukak separuh boleh nampak.. OCD hape?"

NO. Im just tired. hahahahaha

Esok pagi2 dah turun Hall. with Flags and the huge flags dalam bag

Our boss dah jadi MIB. with Batman.

Sampai bawah tanya siapa pandai main kompang. i go "woi siapa handle kompang?" semua diam. watafishhhhhhhh

dah kene pass orang kompang and kene ajar lagi rhythm. semua in 1hours. T____T

ada la few depan bosses buat keje belakang bosses hilang. hahahaha

and nasib baik la aku ada ramai orang kuat kt belakang which i can call "ko turun skarang!!! pegang bendera nie"

hahahahaha. ada some dealers tu orang lain call xnak angkat. aku call baru "haa wanie nak aku tolong apa??"

I lost my voice that day. semua sedar pempuan gile jerit2 panjat2 kibar bendera.

Let's RECAP!

In 2013 i took up a new challenge that been thrown to me.

To represent CENTRAL in HSSE ROTY.

Apa tu HSSE ROTY?

HSSE - Health Safety Secure Environment
ROTY - Retailer Of The Year (lah sangat)

So yeah took up the challenge. Waktu awal2 kene thrown with the challenge memang lah i go "HELL NO!!!"

Gile ko. I means. u can give me a last minute EVENT. or anything to PLAN that is FUN.

But HSSE ROTY is something CRUCIAL!! SERIOUS Stuff which im SUCKS AT lah *____*

So i said let me think. Talk to my Ex TM - Aziati and Ariff. Both of them was like "come on Wanie we know you can do it"

Talk to my husband "its something different. go ahead and try"

Talk to my dad "if you think other people better than you. just think you are 100% more better than other people"

Talk to my BOSS "I already gave your name. I think you should go for it"

So yes i did it. I go for it.

So criteria for HSSE nie is

1. You really adapt to HSSE
2. CSR
3. How to increased your volume with HSSE

I actually came with another ideas which is

1. i want to do a emergency response kt area delivery. Which consist of fuel absorb and pasir in case of emergency or fuels overflowed.

2. to go to SRJK belakang station and to gave awareness on safety at station. Bebudak sekolah rendah nie kan suka berlari. and they will come to my sttn and berlari masuk kedai to pay for their parent.

3. Safety on edges. untuk bebudak yang suka main kejar2 dalam kedai. kan dalam kedai nie banyak gile besi. x pepasal kene kepala dh satu hal kan

4. Tab letak video on bahaya of pakai phone, smoke and on engine while fill in.

So my no 1 ideas kene scrap. derang tak suka. cakap xle pakai. so i come up with something else.

Well cut the story short, lepas banyak kali present depan Team on November i kene present depan GM and NSM.

FYI. i hate public speaking. i sucks in that. coz nervous gile nak mati. macam leh nangis.

and best part. cabut undi. mine was the second last !!!! SECOND LAST wehs.

Ada 6 representative - Central,east coast, northern,southern, Sabah and Sarawak.

Gosh. time tunggu tu memang la sangat sangat sangat sangat nervous.

I am an Introvert tapi semua tak percaya wehs like watafish kan!!!

Then time tengah present tu lepas present kene soalan bertubi-tubi.

So ada one time tgh jawab soalan tetiba my Boss (Regional Manager) sengih siap bagi thumbs up.

Boleh tak aku tergelak kat situ terus lupa nak jawab apa. bangang gile.

So dah setel benda tu ramai datang and cakap something different and orang macam anggap leh menang.

BUt i dont think so sebab nak menang kene ada increased in volume. mine tak wehs.

gile kot in 4months mana sempat kan~!

So kesimpulan. memang tak menang pun. hahahahaha. tapi happy lah sebabnya something different kan aku buat. and the stress tu Tuhan je tau heheheheheh

Then comet angkat kening.. And i waskme "ehhh buat apa nak pasir. Rumah Mak depan belakang kiri kanan pasir kan! Hahahahah"

I totally forgot my MIL house is at the beach. Hahahahahahhahaha.

Supposed to head back to Paka tomorrow but plan cancel.

To head on Sunday after my make up job.

Bila nak bayar cashier tu angkat kening

I ask him "why ??"

He say "xde pape"

Then sengih2 lagi. So i lak angkat kening

Then he say "bukan akak kalau datang beli banyak ke?? Sampai 2 trolley?? Kan??? Saya ingat akak.. Akak slalu dtg beli banyak kan?? Asal hari nie sikit???"

Love at first sight

While reading my old blog i managed to find a post the day i met my husband

So i ask him "B, when did we first met?"

And he confidently say "25 July 2005"

I was shocked. "how can u remember?"

Him "Ntah"

Padahal xnak mengaku love at first sight coz dulu dulu kantoi dekat handphone dia ada alarm 25July2005.

Seriously if ask him "bb. Our nikad date?"

He will say "14May2011" padahal tu reception date *facepalm* ~___~

Move On

I cried again today talking to him

And he say "sometime u just need to let go and dont hold grudges. I know its hurt but u need to do so"

Its hard to keep positive when all the negativity surround me.

Wisteria Lane

I've been living in Putra Heights since 13 May 2011 (yes first day of my married life)

I know no one at that time. Just my left and right neighbours until one night

Someone tried to break in my house. So the next day i call ADT and ask them to Quote on alarm system

Then what happen to me spread all over Lily Housing area

Coz Wadie (one of ADT client) call ADT and tell them about the break in trial and the ADT say "we know from someone. she ask us for a Quote. her house yang kena"

So Wadie ask for my number and ADT call ask for permission and i say OK

Wadie directly call me and talk about everything that happen in Lily.

We talk about everything and it goes up to 40mins or so. 

Then a few days before raya she call me again and said "Wanie i will ask the ladies to add u in our whatsapp group" And i was like "OK"

Just to find out that they all very cool people~ hahahahaha

And when i heard of all the stories. The neighbourhood is soo like Wisteria Lane

Ada one week tu .. from break ins to maid lari to hantar muffin to other houses

and we even celebrate the kids birthday at the Park!!!!

siap buat games and all

Then one day i saw a banner stated that there will be a netball tournament and i ask the group

"there's a netball tourney this Sat. nape we x buat a team eh? "

And it was actually Tuesday night! hahahaha

SO we have a team that night. Manage to register that night and do a Tshirt that night

And sempat training only 3 days!!!! best part ada yg x pernah main netball

Saturday morning dah ada kat padang with our PINK TSHIRT 

PArdon the muka muka baru bangun tidur tu!

And we manage to masuk Semi Finals!!! how cool is that

hahahahahahahahah

yang dapat 1st  and 2nd is the team yg mmg slalu main and practice

3rd adalah team surau budak budak sekolah menengah!!

we all by the 4th game dah couldnt be bothered to play anymore sebab letih

And everyone was like "apa la dosa aku main netball pagi buta sampai tengah arie nie"

"legam dah wei legam dah wei"

"Wanie punya pasal la nie!!!!"

ahahahahaha. it was fun!!!

we even have MAnager and Assitant MAnager siap Gatorade Girl!!

Jangan Benci Sangat

Dream Came True

A dream came true

All the hard work paid off

My bestfriend wedding

Berkampung at my bestfriend house since Thursday. She's getting married on Saturday. So that Thursday we went here and there to settle all the tiny things that she keep on postponed"in! 

Sambil buat sambil mak tiri bebel. And sambil dia gelak gelak. What to do. She is opposite of me in everything. A good student. Smart and nice. Petite and gorgeous. But in term of other thing. She's the type that like to "nanti lah" .. Its not important to compare to this. Why should you think that way, tak semestinya it will happen. Short term thinker i can say! hahahahahhaha . She's the Doctor while me the Businesswomen. LOL

Then on Friday after makan raya with family and sent the food to my staff at station i went home to change and straight at her house. She has Malam Berinai on that day. I settle her room. which turn out hideous coz my sis and she ikat the kain. and on the solemnization day x sempat nak buat (which i will tell what happen later) . And orang berinai supposed to come and 4 but end up reach her house at 520 (what to do its raya eve). and i supposed to do her make up at 6pm but end up i start at 730 coz the inai take a long time to do. at the same time i hairdry her hand so that inai cepat kering which kinda funny coz bila panas je dia jerit. hahahahahah

She wore Lengga Saree for her malam berinai! its was beautiful. Picture attach is her make up that i did for her. She was soo happy with it Alhamdulillah. The event done at 1030pm and i went home to do her hand bouquet for her solemnization and reception. but i secretly do one handbouquet for her husband side :)  The handbouquet done at 230am. and i slept at 330 and woke up at 9am. She sms'ed me at 745am and another one at 905 asking me "when are you coming? aku dah cuak!"

Anyway the henna that the lady did for her tak lekat and look HIDEOUS! and i was soo pissed of!!! but then we thought its her hand that was sooo cold. so sebab tu inai x lekat. but we were wrong.

The next morning i went out as early as 10am. pergi hantar barang at her house. the handbouquet and etc and shoot to seksyen 7 for her wedding cake with hubby. tak pasal2 hubby jadi driver! hahahahahaha. then there's the cake accident. nasib baik cake maker to my friends wife. so i call her back to adjust the cake at the dewan! and she came around 3pm and adjust til 5pm. hahahahaha

then there's the henna emergency. i thought nak je adjustkan balik means i do for her but it make the HIDEOUS job looks bloody ugly. so i say "how i wish we had more time so i can bring u to Bangsar to do the henna" and she say "owhs. why bangsar. there's a shop Bombay Dream at USJ 9" so i ask her "nak pergi?" and she say "sempat ke?" i just like "if we go now sempat. another hour til MUA sampai" hahahahahahhaa. So she call the shop and they are open off we go. 105pm keluar. 236 keluar from the kedai and 242 sampai her house back. MUA reach her house at 230pm.

So then everything went completely well. Her akad nikah settle with in 5minutes coz the pihak lelaki supposed to fetch the tok kadi at 4pm arrived late coz Jammed. and end up it was at 530pm. then ada sesi makan susu with pisang and family picture and preparing her for Reception.

She wore a Maroon Gold Lengga for her reception. it was GORGEUOUS! like seriously! macam dalam hindi movie. Bollywood movies mcm tu. like Kajol wore in Khabhi Kushi Khabi Gham! hahahahahaha. but the beaded is bloody heavy. i donno how she can handle the weight for hours! 



kalau I mesti dah jatuh kt situ gak. Sakit kepala nangis2! Hahahahahahha. The wedding reception end at 9pm. and after that is sesi bergambar. Im wearing my green lengga that i custome made do for her wedding:) 

And today i went to the husband side reception. It was all soo new to me. There's event a bacaan doa in Tamil language whice led to a jaw dropping event from me and my dad. 


Nevertheless. it was a beautiful wedding. :)

What is PCOS?

 Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), also known by the name Stein-Leventhal syndrome, is a hormonal problem that causes women to have a variety of symptoms. It should be noted that most women with the condition have a number of small cysts in the ovaries. However, women may have cysts in the ovaries for a number of reasons, and it is the characteristic constellation of symptoms, rather than the presence of the cysts themselves, that is important in establishing the diagnosis of PCOS. PCOS occurs in 5% to 10% of women and is the most common cause of infertility in women.

The symptoms of PCOS may begin in adolescence with menstrual irregularities, or a woman may not know she has PCOS until later in life when symptoms and/or infertility occur. Women of all ethnicities may be affected.

 What are the symptoms of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)?


 The principal signs and symptoms of PCOS are related to menstrual disturbances and elevated levels of male hormones (androgens). Menstrual disturbances can include delay of normal menstruation (primary amenorrhea), the presence of fewer than normal menstrual periods (oligomenorrhea), or the absence of menstruation for more than three months (secondary amenorrhea). Menstrual cycles may not be associated with ovulation (anovulatory cycles) and may result in heavy bleeding.

 Symptoms related to elevated androgen levels include acne, excess hair growth on the body (hirsutism), and male-pattern hair loss.

 Other signs and symptoms of PCOS include:
 - obesity and weight gain,
- elevated insulin levels and insulin resistance
 - oily skin, - dandruff, - infertility,
- skin discolorations,
- high cholesterol levels,
 - elevated blood pressure, and
 - multiple, small cysts in the ovaries.
 - mood Swing
- Depression

 Any of the above symptoms and signs may be absent in PCOS, with the exception of irregular or no menstrual periods. All women with PCOS will have irregular or no menstrual periods. Women who have PCOS do not regularly ovulate; that is, they do not release an egg every month. This is why they do not have regular periods and typically have difficulty conceiving.

 Talk to a friend of mine. 2 Dr to be exact and tell them on my problem. Both diagnose me with PCOS. Well. Let me settle everything and went for Gynae.
